Let's C.H.A.T about wellness

At Cognitive Hygiene Advanced Therapy (C.H.A.T), we are passionate about your mental health and wellbeing. We offer a range of wellness programs to help you achieve optimal health, including one-day workshops that you can participate in twice a month, and wellness retreats that encompass everything we offer in the workshops and more.

 

Our programs are designed to help you learn new skills for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues, and provide you with a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are committed to their own journey towards wellness.
