Youth Therapy After School Program

The goal of our Youth Therapy After School Program is to instill strong principles in our youth participants that promote prosocial behaviors.
 
Our weekly themed activities are designed to assist our youth participants in overcoming challenges through the use of key techniques & specific concepts in multiple areas of daily group therapy, academic support,  journaling, community service, sports, etc. These techniques and concepts promote and act as an emotional outlet & coping technique for life's challenges & adversities.

Youth Therapy Summer Camp

The goal of our Youth Therapy Summer Camp is to foster personal growth, developing social skills and more through fun, structured and meaningful experiences. 

Our summer camp offers a dynamic and supportive environment for young individuals to thrive. Each week features themed sessions designed to help our youth navigate life’s challenges through a blend of daily group and individual therapy, fun sports activities, journaling, stretching, and exercise. Participants will also engage in meaningful community service, enjoy exciting field trips, and benefit from academic enrichment activities. Our program aims to foster resilience, growth, and well-being in every participant.

Girls' Lives transformed

The goal of the girls group is to offer young ladies between the ages of 13 - 18 support, education and guidance. The group will focus on problem solving, decision making, setting boundaries, building confidence and self- esteem, communicating effectively, resolving conflicts and crisis prevention.

This program is targeted to enhance the mental health of teenage girls. This program provides treatment for restoration of social skills and daily functioning.
