LICENSED PROVIDERS
(LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LMHC)

Licensed Providers at Cognitive Hygiene Advanced Therapy deliver clinical services within structured youth programming. Providers facilitate daily group therapeutic services, complete diagnostic assessments when assigned, contribute to treatment planning, and collaborate closely with QMHS staff to support youth progress. This role focuses on maintaining clinical oversight, ensuring documentation compliance, and supporting emotional, behavioral, and social skill development within after-school and summer programming.

Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHS)

Qualified Mental Health Specialists provide daily group therapeutic services and direct support to youth participating in structured programming. QMHS staff assist with implementing treatment goals, supporting emotional regulation and coping skills, documenting daily progress, and maintaining consistency within the therapeutic environment. This role works under the supervision of licensed clinicians and plays a central role in the day-to-day delivery of services.

Program care coordinator

The Program Care Coordinator supports daily program operations by assisting staff and youth within the therapeutic setting. This role helps maintain structure, organization, and communication by supporting group activities, managing materials and documentation, assisting with meals and routines, and maintaining consistent communication with families. The Care Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the program running smoothly and safely.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT & TUTORS

Academic Support staff and Tutors provide homework assistance and academic structure for youth within a therapeutic after-school environment. This role supports multiple students at once, reinforces focus and task completion, and promotes positive learning habits. Tutors collaborate with program staff to ensure academic support aligns with each youth’s overall treatment goals.

Assessment specialist

Assessment Specialists serve as the initial clinical point of contact for new families entering services. This role conducts Diagnostic Assessments and completes Initial Treatment Plans through telehealth, ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth transition into ongoing care. Assessment Specialists collaborate with leadership and clinical staff to support timely onboarding and continuity of services.
